Breakfast:
Eggs, bacon, sugarfree sausage Cheese and more cheese Heavy Cream, Atkins or Carbolite Pancake Mix. Real butter, and Atkins or Carbolite sugarfree syrups.
Snacks/Lunch/Dinner/Salads
Hebrew National Brand Hotdogs or Knockwurst (the only sugarfree brand). Avocado, tomato, mushrooms, peppers, cheese, hard boiled eggs, bacon, pepitas, lettuce, etc. (The only store brand dressing that's sugarfree is Girard's Brand "Original" salad dressing.) Most green Veggies, Broccoli, Spinach, Cucumbers, Greenbeans (but Not Peas). All Meats (deli or fresh but Not honey ham) All Fish (but not imatation crab)
Condiments: Mustard, Real Mayonnaise, (check the label. Usually the store brand is sugarfree). Westbrae Brand makes un-sweetened Un-Ketchup. Salt, pepper, garlic (fresh or powdered). (Most spices are okay), and lots of Splenda Sweetener
