I was around 150 pounds when these were taken.
I had been on the Atkins Diet about 3 or 4 months.
Prior to the Atkins Diet, my Doctor had me on the Phen Pehn diet  for a couple of months, then took me off as soon as the bad publicity came out.

I had lost about 20 or so lbs. but started to gain it back again as soon as I stopped taking the Phen-Phen.

Then I found Dr. Atkins' Diet.
